Our last fight of the night was between the gifted Sidney Outlaw, Renzo Gracie/P.A. against John Potenza’s rugged student Jason Eib. Eib has as much heart as any fighter who has ever graced our cage. He continues to challenge the best fighters the region has to offer. In another fight that went the distance. Sidney Outlaw established himself as one of the most talented fighters we have witnessed while defeating Eib in a 3 rd unanimous decision. Outlaw is a baby who is still finding himself. Under the leadership of Professor Latta we expect big things for young Sidney and congratulate him on winning our belt…

Jay eib (pronounced ibe)! is a great fighter, when it comes to jui-jitsu, he has never been tapped out & he’s won plenty of medals in jui-jitsu tournaments. considering the short amount of time he’s been training & what he’s achieved so far I would’nt be suprised if we see him in the ufc one day!

I love circuit type wtroouks cool to see an mx workout on the tube ! Just need to add unstable platform aspect, and full range ab / core work and she’ll be good. Crunches are a bit limited in thier usefulness i reckon, Maybe a full sit up over a swiss ball with weight overhead? What do you think?

Kiwi, Thanks for the comments! I just want to give the Moto guys and gals some wutokors that I like to do. I agree with you 100% about the balance training. You should make some wutokors and post them yourself. If you have some good ones that you want me to try just send them to me. I have a new workout coming in about a week and hopefully 9 more after that. Once winter is here I am off the bike so I will have more time. Thanks again for the comments.
